This is to inform you that the students of 17 to 19-Batches, who have been allowed to study in the 6th to 2nd semesters (3rd, 2nd and 1st years) Engineering / CRP / Architecture, have to pay fees during 6th to 2nd semesters respectively.

You are, therefore, requested to charge fees from all the eligible students of 17 to 19-Batches (2nd, 4th and 6th Semesters) from the date of the start of online classes, i.e., June 01, 2020 the last date for the payment of fee is June 12, 2020. If the students fail to pay the fees timely but keep attending the classes regularly, they will be supposed to pay:
i.    Late fee amounting to Rs. 100-00 per week up to 26-06-2020.
ii    Late fee amounting to Rs. 200-00 per week up to the suspension of classes.
iii.  Late fee amounting to Rs. 300-00 per week up to the start of regular / online semester exams.

The students are advised to be punctual in attending their online classes and meet the minimum attendance requirement of 75%. The attendance will be considered from June 01, 2020 being the date of the start of online classes of above mentioned even semesters.

Note: Once Fees paid then must be WhatsApp and post the paid copy of the fee challan to the chairmen / directors of their respective departments / institutes immediately.
